What is the return policy?
I want every customer to be absolutely in love with their purchase. Since every piece is made to order, there is no return policy. Each piece is going to their forever home.

Where are your products manufactured?
Shelbeast ceramics are all hand-built in San Francisco, California. All Shelbeast creations are carefully sculpted, baked in the kiln, glazed, baked in the kiln again, and finally shipped to their forever homes!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items you are ordering. Bubblewrapped from my hands to yours! Shipping cost is not included in the set price.
